+ - Can I make changes to my order?

Whilst we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes, we will do our very best efforts to do this. We advise, if you do want to make changes, to do so asap, prior to your order being handed over to the courier. Please email info@alle.ae to make inquire about order changes

+ - The item I want is out of stock?

If you see an item that is out of stock, please email info@alle.ae and we will advise if we have plans to restock the item or not.

+ - Do you have a physical store?

No, we only have an online store, however, it is possible to pick up an item from our Dubai office, prior to approval. If you would like to arrange free pick up, please contact us.
