We do offer refunds and exchange. You must request your refund or exchange or send your unwanted items back to us within 7 days from delivery of your order.

Items can be refunded or exchanged by contacting us through email@example.com. We will reply you within 24 hours and provide you with the guidelines to send your item back to us.
However, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges or any swimwear, lingerie or accessories.
We accept refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.
We can only accept refunds and exchanged of products that have not been worn and are in their original condition, with tags attached. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable on all orders, including orders which are eligible for free shipping. 20 aed will be charged for UAE orders and 50 aed for International orders.
